Chris Mills leads the customer success team with the sole focus on helping customers and partners get the best value out of Infocyte's products.

Chris' expertise in Customer Success, and Account Services are exemplified with his proven track record of customer experience management at some of the world's most respected companies.  He believes the paramount force for any successful customer relationship is understanding the goals of the customer, then driving towards those goals—together.

Professional Career: For over 20 years, Chris has served as an instrumental part of the symbiotic relationship between his customers and his company within both hardware and software industries—winning awards for outstanding customer service, along the way.

Certifications: ITIL v3 | BPI | MCSE | MCSA+ Messaging | MCTS | A+ | DCSE

Military Career: Chris entered the military in 1999. While deployed, Chris was assigned a small tactical team whose mission was to engage the local populace, government officials, and other United Nations Peacekeepers for the purpose of public relations, conflict resolution, and civil affairs. His work in this arena earned him accommodations from the U.S. Army, NATO, the Polish Special Forces, and the Germany Military.

In addition, Chris has been awarded accommodations for meritorious service and multiple humanitarian awards for local hurricane relief efforts.
