Inside Sales Director

Location: Austin, TX

Job summary: 

As an Inside Sales Director, you will help us build a team of ISRs, and have the opportunity to expand your role as a player and coach as we continue to grow. This will include building processes, developing territories and working with the marketing team on campaign follow-up and emails.

ISRs create the first impression for our prospective customers through business development efforts and follow-up activities for marketing programs. The ISR will focus on prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and selling Infocyte HUNT assessment and subscription licenses to SMBs, as well as helping to recruit partners. You will also assist Infocyte’s field team and partners with large enterprise opportunities. The successful candidate will maintain active engagement with prospects, and consistently deliver new pipeline and closed business.

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Proactive Prospecting – email, social selling, and other mediums
  • Follow-up and qualify inbound leads from marketing activities
  • Opportunity management and pipeline development at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Assist with renewals and upselling our growing customer base
  • Ability to identify customer priorities, security pain points and provide solutions leveraging value based sales approach
  • Build strong partner and customer relationships, and provide excellent customer service
  • Leverage the Sales Engineering and Product team to obtain the technical buyoff from the customer and leverage field resources where applicable
  • Become an expert on the Infocyte HUNT platform, its value and customer buying behavior.  
  • Manage time efficiently and meet sales/individual goals
  • Work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing teams.
     

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of security or technology related sales or business development experience
  • 3+ years of Inside Sales experience with proven track record of over achievement
  • Experience in security, endpoint tools and/or networking is a plus
  • Experience in development of responses to RFP's and other technical writing is a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use internal CRM, marketing and communications tools such as SharpSpring, SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Slack, GoToMeeting, etc.

West Region Account Executive

Location: West Region

Job summary: 

As a regional Account Execuitive (AE), you will represent Infocyte for all significant sales or business development opportunities in your territory. The West AE will partner with an ISR and SE to sell Infocyte HUNT assessment and subscription licenses to partners with large enterprises. The successful candidate will maintain active engagement with prospects, work closely with partners, and consistently deliver new pipeline and closed business.

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow-up and qualify inbound leads from marketing activities (working with your ISR)
  • Opportunity management and pipeline development at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Work with the marketing team to continuously engage with your customers across multiple fronts (in person, phone, emails, social…)
  • Assist with renewals and upselling our growing customer base
  • Ability to identify customer priorities, security pain points and provide solutions leveraging value based sales approach
  • Build strong partner and customer relationships, and provide excellent customer service
  • Leverage the Sales Engineering and Product team to obtain the technical buyoff from the customer and leverage field resources where applicable
  • Become an expert on the Infocyte HUNT platform, its value and customer buying behavior.  
  • Manage time efficiently and meet sales/individual goals
  • Work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • 1+ years of Field Sales experience with proven track record of over achievement
  • Experience in security, endpoint tools and/or networking is a plus
  • Existing relationships with Enterprise Security partners or customers a strong positive
  • Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use internal CRM, marketing and communications tools such as SharpSpring, SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Slack, GoToMeeting, etc.
  • Ability to travel 50+% of the time

Test and Documentation Engineer

Location: Austin or San Antonio, Texas

Job summary: 
We are looking for a versatile Quality Assurance (QA) engineer and/or technical writer that enjoys working in a small team and can handle the challenges of an agile startup environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining product documentation as well as assist with review and editing of technical content for marketing and sales. You will be expected to become a product expert by participating in the product testing process, designing tests, and noting any deviations from expected design or adverse user experience.

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Write and maintain technical product documentation including guides, datasheets, and instructional material.
  • Assist with reviewing and editing of technical content for marketing and sales.
  • Become intimately familiar with the use of Infocyte products
  • Participate in the quality assurance and product testing process

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • A background working within a world class software organization in IT, enterprise software, or cybersecurity.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical writing role with demonstrable work products
  • Should have ability to write clearly, talent in showing ideas graphically, patience in problem solving/troubleshooting and ability to interact with subject matter experts.
  • Experience reading and writing API documentation, documenting the elements of a graphical user interface (GUI), and designing workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree desired in English, Technical communications, or relevant technical field.
  • Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity operations or technologies is desired.

Senior Security Developer

Location: Austin or San Antonio, Texas

Job summary: 
We are looking for a seasoned systems developer with a strong background in security. You will work directly with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in creation of new detection and threat hunting capabilities within the Infocyte HUNT platform.

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead research efforts into the ways hackers maintain stealth and persistence on computing systems.
  • Develop new detection techniques for discovering installed malware, rootkits, artifacts of unauthorized access, and stolen identities.
  • Code, unit test, debug, implement and maintain Infocyte products.

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Experience working within a world-class software organization covering endpoint security, forensics, and/or malware analysis.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a software development role utilizing C/C++ and/or Rust.
  • Should have demonstrable expertise with malware analysis or host forensics and a deep understanding of operating system internals (Microsoft and Unix-based OS’s)
  • Experience working with security operations, endpoint detection technologies, malware reverse engineering, and offensive techniques including exploits and malicious payloads is desired.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT related subject and/or specific industry related experience
  • External security-related qualification/industry certification (e.g. CISSP, SANS GIAC, etc.) desirable but not mandatory (technical certifications > soft-skills certifications)
