Marketing Director

Location: Austin, Texas

Job summary: 
We are looking for a versatile B2B Marketing Director that enjoys working in a fast moving business and can handle the challenges of an agile startup environment. You will work closely with the management team and sales to build the Infocyte brand, drive B2B demand generation, social engagement and PR.

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Drive overall strategy, success and experience across Infocyte’s digital channels
  • Leverage data and technology to deliver outstanding experiences for website visitors, including prospects, customers and partners
  • Develop and drive demand gen campaigns and spend (e.g. AdWords, LinkedIn, Syndication, Referrals)
  • Partner with field and inside sales teams to achieve targeted demand generation targets
  • Own brand identity, including adherence to visual brand guidelines across online and offline assets and proper alignment of verbal positioning
  • Manage contract relationships with web developers, administrators, and design teams
  • Manage and optimize web integrations with third party platforms: Pardot, Unbounce, Salesforce, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Drive for continued performance improvements through UX optimization and continuous A/B testing
  • Social: Build engagement through social platforms and influencers, extending our reach

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, well-funded security startup
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong digital affinity
  • 5+ years of digital marketing in agency or B2B software setting. Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Pardot, Salesforce, social measurement tools and responsive design
  • Deep understanding of driving marketing performance through effective content delivery, marketing automation and inbound lead capture
  • Strong analytical abilities. You love working with data, analyzing outcomes and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization. Background in web analytics (using Google Analytics) and social monitoring platforms.
  • Proficiency with HTML and community platforms (Zendesk) a plus!
  • Understands the principles of great web design and the importance of UX/UI.
  • Extensive knowledge SEO best practices, implementation and monitoring as well as video and A/B testing platform integration.
  • Organized self-starter who demonstrates creativity and drive in promoting the corporate brand
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
  • Keen understanding of Enterprise software a plus

Test and Documentation Engineer

Location: Austin or San Antonio, Texas

Job summary: 
We are looking for a versatile Quality Assurance (QA) engineer and/or technical writer that enjoys working in a small team and can handle the challenges of an agile startup environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining product documentation as well as assist with review and editing of technical content for marketing and sales. You will be expected to become a product expert by participating in the product testing process, designing tests, and noting any deviations from expected design or adverse user experience.

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Write and maintain technical product documentation including guides, datasheets, and instructional material.
  • Assist with reviewing and editing of technical content for marketing and sales.
  • Become intimately familiar with the use of Infocyte products
  • Participate in the quality assurance and product testing process

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • A background working within a world class software organization in IT, enterprise software, or cybersecurity.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical writing role with demonstrable work products
  • Should have ability to write clearly, talent in showing ideas graphically, patience in problem solving/troubleshooting and ability to interact with subject matter experts.
  • Experience reading and writing API documentation, documenting the elements of a graphical user interface (GUI), and designing workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree desired in English, Technical communications, or relevant technical field.
  • Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity operations or technologies is desired.

Malware Researcher / Reverse Engineer

Location: Austin or San Antonio, Texas ( Remote Available)

Job summary: We are looking for a seasoned malware researcher and/or reverse engineer to lead research projects related to detection of the latest malware and rootkit stealth mechanisms. You will work directly with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in creation of new detection and threat hunting capabilities within the Infocyte HUNT platform. Additionally, you will serve as an expert elevation point for malware analysis services provided to our customers and assist in writing reports on any new and interesting malware discovered.
 

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead research efforts into the ways hackers maintain stealth and persistence on computing systems.
  • Develop new detection techniques for discovering installed malware, rootkits, artifacts of unauthorized access, and stolen identities.
  • Write proof of concept code (any language) for new features and debug existing collection capabilities (C/C++/Rust).
  • Assist customer support and malware analysis service efforts when elevation is required.

Requirements, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Experience working within a world-class software organization covering endpoint security, forensics, malware analysis, and/or reverse engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a analysis and/or reverse engineering of malware.
  • Demonstrate expertise with malware analysis, host forensics, and volatile memory analysis tooling.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of operating system internals (Microsoft and Unix-based OS’s).
  • Experiance writing malware is a plus but not a requirement for the job.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT related subject and/or specific industry related experience. External security-related qualification/industry certification (e.g. CISSP, SANS GIAC, etc.) desirable but not mandatory (technical certifications > soft-skills certifications).

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Austin or San Antonio, Texas

Job summary: The Sales Development Representative is one of the most important roles in the company, responsible for identifying new interest, qualifying sales opportunities, and building pipeline. This is accomplished through outbound calling, strategic email campaigns, social selling/relationship building with LinkedIn, website chat, etc. With both marketing inbound leads and a robust outbound sales process in place, the Sales Development Representative qualifies and sets up initial meetings and product demos for the sales team. There is not a high degree of technical security knowledge needed upfront for this position. This position lays the foundation for a successful high tech sales career. There is a clear path for career growth at Infocyte for the right candidate that is willing to learn and work towards that goal.

General duties and responsibilities:

First three - six months

  • Learn the Infocyte value prop, product, and messaging
  • Learn the tools necessary to be successful: Salesforce, sales automation tools, Linkedin Navigator, database contact lists, etc
  • Build relationships with and learn from your inside, field, and sales engineering teams
  • Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and the business
  • Learn how to navigate through the organization to get what you need
  • Consistently meet goals for meetings, demos, and product training

Six to eighteen months

  • Continue to build on your core skills and product/Industry knowledge
  • Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so
  • Begin to expand your knowledge of Inside Sales duties and responsibilities
  • Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion
  • Start closing your own business and start having a personal territory and quota to start closing new business

How Your Success Will Be Measured:

Your success will ultimately be measured by consistently meeting or exceeding goals for setting up initial meetings and demos for the inside and field sales teams. The Sales Development Representative position will give you back what you put in to it. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with seasoned sales representatives and with an extremely approachable and knowledgeable senior management team.
