Virginia Parmley of Infocyte Featured on CRN’s 2021 Women of the Channel List

This post was last updated on May 12th, 2021 at 09:18 am

Infocyte, the trusted leader in advanced threat detection and behavioral monitoring for the mid market, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Virginia Satrom Parmley, Vice President of Marketing, to the highly respected Women of the Channel list for 2021. This annual list recognizes the unique strengths, vision and achievements of female leaders in the IT channel. The 2021 Women of the Channel list acknowledges women from all over the IT channel, including vendors, distributors and solution providers.

The women honored on this year’s list pushed forward with comprehensive business plans, marketing initiatives and other innovative ideas to support their partners and customers, helping them through the uncertainty brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic. CRN celebrates these exceptional women for their leadership, dedication and channel advocacy.

Based on the partner engagement programs Virginia has developed over the past year, she’s helped partners hit the ground running with digital campaigns for key verticals and their respective niche markets. This has directly contributed to partners’ bottom line by making it simple for them to develop campaigns, even with a small marketing team. Much of this collaboration and messaging focuses on the compelling SLAs that our joint solutions offer, which truly differentiates an Infocyte partner from others in the market. Virginia has also been instrumental in the roll-out of Infocyte’s free community edition–which is available to partners if they need to spin up a quick POC or Incident Response engagement.

“CRN’s 2021 Women of the Channel list acknowledges accomplished, influential women whose dedication, hard work, and leadership accelerate channel growth,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “We are proud to honor them for their many accomplishments and look forward to their continued contributions to the IT channel.”

“Our partners love working with Virginia. She drives innovative MDR and IR co-marketing programs that help partners deliver a differentiated service offering that is required with today’s complicated and growing threat landscape. With this in mind, I am thrilled Virginia is being recognized for her channel impact,” says Curtis Hutcheson, chief executive officer of Infocyte. “I look forward to our team’s continued dedication to our partner ecosystem and building solutions to help them expand their strategic MDR and IR services across endpoint and cloud.”

With Infocyte’s Microsoft 365 module, which was a direct result of partner feedback, and the new Behavioral Analytics Engine, Infocyte and it’s partners are democratizing Fortune 1000-level security for mid-market and small businesses. The combined XDR solution–MS 365 and endpoint security with managed behavioral detection and response–make traditionally difficult practices simple to implement and continuously monitor. By focusing on simplicity and action, Fortune 1000 security is now accessible to security teams of all sizes and an easy play for our partners to offer fully managed XDR to their clients.

The 2021 Women of the Channel list will be featured in CRN Magazine on May 10th and online at
